I was diagnosed with a wheat intolerance back in January of 2006. Those were the days when very little gluten-free product was available, and the stuff that was wasn’t so good. It’s been over ten years now, and I’ve watched the awareness and availability of products become more mainstream.
In 2009, I created my Gluten-Free Gusto Blog to help people navigate the confusing and overwhelming world of food allergies. The blog includes recipes, reviews, articles, advice, and other information as I have learned it so folks can live their lives not just more conveniently, but with Gusto! It’s a good time to be gluten-free.
